Transitioning into track and field, she entered a dedicated elite sports academy where her operational leadership led to her appointment as School Girls’ Captain. This competitive tenure culminated in her securing the title of Best Female Sportsperson, establishing the foundational data set that would fuel her obsession with physiological optimization and performance science.

The Architecture of Recovery

To transition from athlete to systems designer, Victoria pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Physiotherapy from the University of Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR). A deployment to Hong Kong for the Congress of Asia Physiotherapy Student Association (APTSA) summit catalysed her vision to disrupt the traditional rehabilitation landscape. Later, she co-founded CHG Rehab alongside Cornelius, architecting a new paradigm for private healthcare across Malaysia.

To scale her expertise, she deployed to Australia for advanced specialized credentials, subsequently persuing a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Malaya (UM). This advanced technical framework was stress-tested across Malaysia’s highest-velocity public healthcare networks, completing extensive clinical experience at Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL), University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC), Putrajaya Hospital, Sungai Buloh Hospital, Serdang Hospital, Kajang Hospital, Sultan Ismail Hospital Johor Bahru (HSI), and the National Stroke Association of Malaysia (NASAM).

Next-Gen Athletic Deployment

By 2018, Victoria was tasked with managing the independent national athletes. She planed elite conditioning and sport physical rehab management systems designed to withstand the high-stress, high-load environments International Sports Games.

Operating from the flagship CHG Rehab facility in Kuala Lumpur, Victoria integrates advanced strength paradigms with over a decade of data-driven expertise in complex orthopaedic cases and performance based post-surgical management. Her progressive clinical ethos rejects legacy, short-term fixes, focusing instead on complete biological restoration and long-term athletic durability—elevating every individual from baseline to ultimate physical capacity.
